Refund and Cancellation

If your AI receptionist is not live within 72 hours of your completed onboarding, or you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of purchase, contact us and we will refund your setup fee and first month in full.

Email us from the address used at purchase within the 14-day window with your business name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

There is no contract or minimum term. You can cancel at any time; your AI receptionist stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards. Monthly fees already paid for the current period are not pro-rated after the 14-day window.

If a payment fails we retry it and notify you. Service continues during a short grace period; if payment is not completed, the receptionist is paused until billing is restored.

Refunds do not cover third-party costs you incur directly (for example your own telephony carrier or CRM subscriptions), or requests made after the 14-day guarantee window.
